Senior DevOps Engineer

• →Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. 8+ years of experience in software engineering or operations, with at least 3–5 years specifically in DevOps or SRE practices.
• →Proficiency in Linux operating systems and networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, Load Balancing).
• →Deep expertise in Docker and Kubernetes orchestration, with a solid understanding of underlying principles and production-grade best practices.
• →Hands-on experience with major public or hybrid cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba Cloud).
• →Proficiency in at least one major programming or scripting language (Go, Python, Shell, etc.), with a strong engineering mindset.
• →Systematic understanding of CI/CD, IaC, observability, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) methodologies.
• →Excellent problem-decomposition skills, technical judgment, and cross-team communication abilities.
• →Experience with large-scale distributed systems or high-concurrency environments (e.g., Fintech, Trading systems, Real-time systems).
• →Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) or platform-as-a-service (PaaS) solutions.
• →Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture, security automation, or compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO27001).
• →Experience serving as a Technical Lead or managing a DevOps team.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may sometimes be exposed to heat, noise, and vibrations. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The exposure will not be constant but could occupy a large amount of a person’s time during the day while on-site. Safety & Noise reduction equipment will be provided by the company. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The role allows working remotely flexibly where necessary.
