We are seeking a senior HRBP to support our business growth.
The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. He/she will help plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.

• →Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
• →Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner role within a dynamic organization.
• →Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
• →Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• →Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• →Experience driving change management and organizational development initiatives.
• →Strong problem-solving skills and learning ability to navigate complex HR issues.
