• →Design, implement, and optimize the architecture of the company's core business systems, focusing on delivering high-performance, high-security and high-availability solutions.
• →Provide flexible and feasible technical solutions based on product requirement documents, be independently responsible for core function development, and write safe and rigorous code.
• →Track technology development trends, introduce new technologies and methods, and promote technological innovation and system evolution.
• →Closely collaborate with product, design, and testing teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, computer-related major, more than 6 years of software development experience.
• Proficient in Java core technology, in-depth understanding of Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and other frameworks, and have experience in microservice architecture design and practice.
• Strong skills in database design and performance tuning, proficient in relational databases such as MySQL, and familiar with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills. Resolving critical system issues (e.g., debugging, root cause analysis).
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills, high accountability, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
