We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our infrastructure and delivery pipelines. Responsibilities

→Architect and Build: Design and implement scalable, modular solutions that integrate seamlessly across our diverse product suite.
→Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and incorporate user feedback into robust solutions.
→Lead Best Practices: Champion modern software architecture principles, including Microservices, Serverless computing, and API-first strategies.
→Drive Containerization: Define and execute strategies for containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
→Ensure Reliability: Maintain a secure, compliant, and resilient infrastructure aligned with industry standards.
→Mentor and Support: Serve as an escalation point for L1 operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide training on product-specific domains.
→Continuous Improvement: Lead product and infrastructure enhancements identified through blameless postmortems.
→Weekend Rotation: Participate in scheduled weekend support rotations.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in Site Reliability Engineering or similar roles.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on coding experience with Go, Python, and/or Shell scripting.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery ecosystems (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Harness.io, GitLab CI, etc.).
Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
