Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this role will coach frontline managers, manage employee relations, support core HR processes, and help drive a high-performance culture. You'll be part of a collaborative HRBP team where ideas are shared and supported, while also having the autonomy to make decisions and drive outcomes independently within your client group.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- Partner with frontline managers within a high-volume call center environment to provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day people issues.
- Review and approve corrective actions and performance improvement plans in collaboration with managers.
- Advise managers on documenting and delivering performance and conduct-related feedback.
- Assist with employee investigations, including gathering documentation, summarizing findings, making recommendations for corrective action, and escalating issues as needed.
- Support responses to employment-related legal matters in coordination with the HRBP and legal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in HR Acuity and other platforms.
- Partner with the People Operations team and external leave vendors to support FMLA, LOA, and accommodation requests, including managing the interactive process and coordinating escalations as needed.
- Support new hire onboarding in coordination with People Operations, IT, and Workplace Services.
- Conduct exit interviews for hourly employees and collect and summarize feedback.
- Gather and maintain accurate documentation in support of termination processes.
- Maintain offboarding records and identify potential trends in exit data.
- Collaborate with Workplace Services to plan and coordinate employee engagement events that enhance the employee experience.
- Partner with the Talent Programs and Operations teams to support the annual performance review cycle, calibration sessions, and promotion process for employees.
- Support change management and communication efforts tied to HR programs, org updates, and new initiatives impacting the Patient Support team.
- Use HR data and metrics to identify trends, inform decisions, and surface opportunities related to engagement, performance, and retention.
Requirements
~2 min read- At least 5 years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience, specifically supporting hourly employee populations.
- Prior experience supporting call centers, fulfillment operations, or other high-volume, metrics-driven hourly workforces is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and compliance best practices.
- Experience coaching junior managers on performance management, feedback delivery, and day-to-day people issues.
- Experience navigating employee relations issues independently, including investigations, corrective action, and separations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience in pharmacy or healthcare settings is preferred; experience supporting hyper-growth startups is also a plus.
- Comfortable working across multiple sites and supporting distributed teams.
- Ability to work independently while building strong, trust-based relationships across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
