As a DevOps Engineer at Bloomerang, you are a multifaceted generalist who has a wide-ranging knowledge of both development and operations. You are able to leverage your skillsets; including coding, infrastructure management, system administration, and DevOps toolchains to further the Engineering team roadmap.

• →Participate in the on-call rotation to address and resolve incidents and other operational issues.
• →Enhance and optimize deployment strategies for effective workflows. 
• →Maintain and perform necessary system upkeep for infrastructure and associated projects.
• →Ensure the uptime and reliability of the Bloomerang application infrastructure by configuring necessary monitoring and alerting.

• 3-5+ years of DevOps Engineering experience
• Have a clear understanding of the systems that you are responsible for, and industry best practices that relate to those systems.  
• Mindfulness for the internal developer experience of processes and tooling.
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices & automation tools, AWS, and Linux or Windows server OS administration.
• Knowledgeable in Bash, PowerShell, and Python scripting languages.
• Ability to actively explore, learn, and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks to drive efficiency and support Bloomerang's mission. 
• Be comfortable with context switching as we have multiple stacks.
• Have experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform, Open Tofu.
• Experience leveraging AI tools in your daily work. (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, etc)
