Responsibilities

→Lead electrical scope execution across all phases of construction, from preconstruction through project closeout
→Support early-stage planning efforts including subcontractor selection, cost analysis, scheduling, and procurement strategy
→Coordinate with internal teams and trade partners to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and technical requirements
→Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, change orders, and progress tracking
→Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and invoice approvals
→Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project milestones and quality standards are achieved
→Guide and mentor project team members while fostering a collaborative jobsite environment

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent field experience
Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in commercial construction with a focus on electrical systems
Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, financial management, and subcontractor coordination
Demonstrated ability to manage complex builds with multiple stakeholders
