Project Engineer

• →Lead coordination of submittals, RFIs, and daily field documentation to support accurate, audit-ready project records.
• →Work closely with superintendents to monitor schedules, track resources, and maintain project milestones.
• →Support quick-turn job order contract (JOC) pursuits by preparing estimates, scope clarifications, and proposal materials.
• →Review vendor billings and crew timecards, identifying cost variances and aiding in monthly pay application preparation.
• →Conduct safety walk-downs and contribute to start‑up, commissioning, and turnover packages at project close‑out.

• Water and wastewater treatment improvements, pump stations, and distribution pipelines.
• Fast-track JOC assignments with values typically ranging from $150K to $1.2M, often delivered in 4–6 weeks.
• Primarily local job sites with occasional day travel across the Valley and into northern Arizona.

• At least 1 year of construction‑related experience (internships or co‑ops count), ideally with exposure to field coordination or project controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with construction software (like Procore or Foundation); familiarity with Primavera or CAD is a plus.
• Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and a desire to grow professionally.
