Project Manager (SyteLine/CSI)

A dynamic, fast-growing enterprise software services firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager (SyteLine/CSI) with a strong background in ERP implementation to lead high-visibility client engagements from concept through deployment. In this fully remote role, you will manage complex software projects across diverse industries, working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. • →Lead full‑lifecycle software implementation projects from kickoff through go‑live, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment.
• →Collaborate with client and internal teams to define objectives, success metrics, milestones and deliverables.
• →Coordinate cross‑functional resources (internal, external vendors, client teams) to ensure cohesive delivery and accountability.
• →Proactively identify risks and issues, formulate mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed to maintain momentum.
• →Provide transparent and timely communications to leadership, clients and team members on project status, financials, and milestones.
• →Track and monitor project financials, deliverables, contract obligations, change control and overall performance.
• →Apply best‑practice project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and continually refine processes based on lessons learned.
• →Maintain a high level of efficiency and billable utilization while delivering outstanding client service.

• 3 + years of proven project management experience leading deployment of enterprise software solutions.
• 2 + years of Syteline implementation experience with a proven ability to manage full project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and organizational skills.
•  Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient with project‑management tools and methodologies; comfortable with remote work dynamics and distributed teams.
• Professional certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Prior client‑facing role with responsibility for delivering projects and managing external relationships.
• Demonstrated success with remote team leadership and managing geographically dispersed resources.
