Maintenance Technician

• →Execute scheduled and emergency maintenance on high-volume production equipment, including molding machinery, automation systems, HVAC, compressed air, and chiller units.
• →Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs with minimal supervision.
• →Support and follow preventive maintenance programs across all equipment, ensuring compliance with production and safety schedules.
• →Assist with machinery setups, calibrations, and adjustments to meet changing production needs.
• →Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders to perform diagnostics and servicing.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues efficiently and provide clear written documentation for maintenance activities.
• →Engage in continuous improvement by offering feedback on process documentation and contributing to system updates.
• →Maintain strong safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures and forklift operations.

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production maintenance environment, with hands-on exposure to both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Technical certification or training from an accredited institution, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting using hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Basic understanding of ladder logic or PLC programming.
• Certified in LOTO and forklift operation (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
