  • Direct multiple residential reconstruction projects from project kickoff through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall execution plans.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and material deliveries to maintain project momentum.
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners by providing consistent communication and project updates.
  • Monitor project costs and timelines while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Resolve field issues quickly and proactively to minimize delays.
  • Ensure workmanship meets company quality expectations and applicable building standards.
  • Track project progress using Airtable and other project management technology.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve operational processes and project delivery.
  • Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction, project performance, and successful completion.
  • Two or more years of project management experience, preferably within construction, reconstruction, restoration, or residential remodeling.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several active projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating project schedules, budgets, subcontractor activities, and field operations.
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing project management software, including Airtable.
  • Self-motivated professional with an ownership mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer focused environment.
