• 5 or more years of software engineering experience building production applications
• Strong experience with Python and modern application development frameworks
• Experience designing APIs, working with databases, and building cloud-hosted systems
• Ability to work across multiple layers of the stack in a fast-moving environment
• Comfort handling both structured and unstructured data in real-world systems
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical partners
• Experience navigating ambiguity and moving projects from concept to production

• Exposure to AI-enabled applications, workflow automation, or data-rich enterprise software
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or similar technologies
• Background working with integrations, internal tools, or customer-facing technical solutions
• Familiarity with startup environments or other high-growth teams
• Interest in building scalable systems that support operational decision-making
