Seasoned Custom Software Engineering Lead with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications and tailored software solutions. Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams, driving end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, and leveraging modern frameworks and Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality business solutions. Strong track record in architecture design, application modernization, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement to ensure efficient, innovative, and business-aligned technology outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and development of Java/Spring Boot-based applications.
Develop secure and scalable REST APIs and Microservices.
Drive code reviews, technical governance, and engineering best practices.
Mentor team members and support project delivery.
Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize applications, APIs, and databases.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and client stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills

Java 8+: OOP, Collections, Streams, Functional Interfaces, Multithreading, Concurrency, JVM.
Spring Boot: MVC, Security, AOP, Batch, Profiles, Actuator.
Microservices: Service Discovery, API Gateway, Circuit Breakers, JWT, Load Balancing.
API Development: REST, Validation, Exception Handling, Idempotency.
Messaging: Kafka (Pub-Sub & PTP).
Databases: SQL, NoSQL, Query Optimization, Indexing, Sharding.
ORM: JPA, Hibernate, Transactions.
Caching: Redis/In-Memory Caching.
Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Automated Testing.

Experience
10+ years of experience in Java development with strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices.
