We are seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations across restaurant, banquet, and event service.
This role is focused on execution, service quality, and operational discipline.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets
- → Manage banquet and event execution
- → Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction
- → Control labor and operational costs
- → Train, coach, and develop team members
Requirements
~1 min read- Strong full-service hotel F&B experience
- Experience managing banquets and high-volume service
- Ability to lead teams and drive accountability
- Focus on both guest experience and cost control
Requirements
~1 min read- Prior F&B leadership experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule (nights/weekends)
- Strong operational and leadership skills
