We are seeking a strong, execution-focused Sous Chef to support culinary operations in a high-volume, full-service hotel environment.
This role is critical to daily kitchen execution, banquet production, and team supervision.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Execute daily kitchen operations across banquets and restaurant
- → Support food production for large-scale events
- → Supervise and coach line staff
- → Maintain food quality and consistency
- → Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Team leadership and accountability
