Responsibilities

→Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and minor carpentry work.
→Respond promptly to guest room repair requests and resolve issues efficiently.
→Complete preventative maintenance assignments as scheduled.
→Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel’s equipment, tools, and maintenance areas.
→Assist with groundskeeping tasks such as trash removal, sweeping, and light landscaping.
→Monitor and report safety hazards or deficiencies in the building’s systems.
→Support emergency response protocols, including fire alarms and power outages.
→Maintain records of work completed and materials used.
→Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to ensure timely repairs and communication.

Requirements
