We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable CDL Driver to support our underground utility operations. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of commercial vehicles and be capable of safely transporting equipment and materials to and from job sites. A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and punctuality is essential.

Responsibilities

Safely operate commercial vehicles including flatbeds, dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and refrigerated trailers.

Transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites in a timely and efficient manner.

Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other appropriate equipment.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.

Conduct basic maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues.

Comply with all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.

Maintain accurate logs for mileage, deliveries, hours of service, fuel usage, and inspections.

Assist underground utility crews with on-site material handling when needed.

Requirements

Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) – Class A or B depending on vehicle type.
Minimum 1 year of experience in underground utility work required.
Experience with automotive repair is a plus.
Familiarity with operating heavy equipment is preferred.
Clean driving record and current DOT medical card.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
