• →Cultivating and sustaining client relationships, supporting organizational growth, and overseeing teams to ensure strategic and effective management of projects.
• →Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• →Responsible for managing risk management, financial budget and performance of the project to include evaluating resource needs based on scope, timelines and deliverables.
• →Prepare executive-level reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• →Serve as a liaison between consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.
• →Mentor junior analysts and contribute to organizational knowledge development.
• →Analyze new and complex project-related problems, creating innovative solutions that involve schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management.
• →Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.

• Masters’s degree.
• Minimum of 10 years professional work experience.
• Experience leading programs including planning, initiating, managing, executing and closing out programs in support of an integrated Health Care System.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, etc.)

• Experience working with government/civilian agencies or in the health care industry.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role.
