About the Role

This AI-driven solution optimizes scheduling and planning for QC laboratories and Cell & Gene Therapy facilities, transforming complex workflows into streamlined, data-driven processes. Your mission will be to deliver tailored configurations that integrate seamlessly into the customer’s business environment, driving measurable impact and long-term success.

Provide training and knowledge transfer to enable self-sufficient customer teams.
Start up adoption process throughout implementation, to ensure and hand over in-use customer to Customer Success Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:
Consulting Expertise:
Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing workshops and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply them effectively.
SaaS Implementation Experience:
Minimum 3 years ofexperience in SaaS implementations, management consulting, or a related field.
Hands-on experience configuring and deploying business software solutions, such as ERP, supply chain, or laboratory systems.
Technical and Analytical Strengths:
Experience with data analysis; able to interpret and troubleshoot dataflows.
Familiar with data visualization, and supporting users in interpreting dashboards.
Exceptional Communication Skills:
Skilled at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Adaptable and Entrepreneurial Mindset:
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving job responsibilities.

Educational Background:
Master’s degree; a background in bioengineering, business engineering, or a related field is a strong advantage.
Language Skills:
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
Location:
You show a willingness to work in a hybrid working model (50% in-office, 50% work from home). You will also have the occasional opportunity to travel both domestically and internationally.
