Provide leadership and direct oversight of daily security operations.
- →
Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate a team of 10–15 Security Officers.
- →
Develop, maintain, and manage officer schedules while ensuring all shifts are adequately staffed.

Deploy officers strategically during peak business hours and special events.
- →
Maintain a highly visible, professional security presence throughout the property.
- →
Conduct routine foot patrols throughout retail areas, residential buildings, parking garages, and common areas.
- →
Ensure officers complete patrols, reports, and assigned duties according to company and client standards.
- →
Deter theft, trespassing, vandalism, and disruptive behavior through proactive patrols and professional engagement.
- →
Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, disturbances, alarms, medical incidents, and other security concerns.

Prepare clear, accurate, and detailed incident reports and daily activity reports.
- →
Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, visitors, law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and Blueline leadership.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with client management and tenants.

Maintain organization of daily operations, staffing, scheduling, reports, and administrative responsibilities.

Ensure all officers maintain proper appearance, professionalism, and compliance with company policies.

Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and maintaining operational excellence.
Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or shift management experience.

Bachelor's Degree or prior experience as a sworn Law Enforcement Officer with a recognized agency (SPO experience does not qualify) or honorable military service.

Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation and drug screening.

Ability to obtain a Maryland Security Guard License within 30 days of hire.

Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage schedules, staffing assignments, and multiple operational priorities.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the entire shift.

Ability to conduct extensive foot patrols in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Ability to respond quickly to emergencies and travel throughout large properties as needed.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment while remaining calm under pressure.

Professional appearance, excellent customer service skills, and strong attention to detail.

Prior experience managing security operations at mixed-use, retail, commercial, residential, hospitality, or Class A properties.

Previous military, law enforcement, corrections, or federal security experience.

Bilingual (Spanish preferred).
