As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will collaborate with our clients to ensure a seamless and successful start to their partnership with us. The Client Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, coordinating with internal teams to set projects up for success, and ensuring clients feel confident and supported from day one. This role is critical in building strong client relationships, aligning expectations, and setting the foundation for long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Understand each client’s business goals and tailor the onboarding experience to align with their needs.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, relaying information between clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure all project timelines, deliverables, and action items are clearly communicated and completed on schedule.
  • Proactively educate clients on processes, tools, and strategies to set them up for success.
  • Identify and communicate when client requests are outside the agreed scope and coordinate solutions with management.
  • Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency.
  • Document onboarding progress, milestones, and client feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in client onboarding, account management, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM, project management, or client communication tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, or similar).
