Talent Acquisition Specialist- Latin America, Remote

We’re looking for ambitious, tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Specialists in Latin America with 1–3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience who are excited to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Our recruiters are equipped with next-generation tools, including AI-powered Recruiter Agents, designed to augment productivity and transform how recruiting is done. We’re looking for individuals with the curiosity, aptitude, and passion to embrace AI and modern recruiting technology while growing their careers.

This is a fully remote role where you’ll work alongside experienced recruiters and gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle—from AI-assisted sourcing and candidate engagement to pipeline management and collaboration with global teams.

  Source and engage candidates using AI-powered sourcing tools, LinkedIn, job boards, and modern talent platforms.

  Leverage Recruiter Agents and emerging AI tools to improve sourcing, outreach, and recruiting workflows.

  Conduct initial candidate screenings, evaluating skills, experience, and motivation.

  Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  Partner with senior recruiters and internal teams to understand role requirements and client hiring goals.

  Track candidates and manage workflows using ATS and recruiting platforms (Greenhouse or similar).

  Craft personalized candidate outreach and maintain professional communication throughout the hiring process.

  Coordinate interviews and support recruiting operations across global teams.
