Competitive Pay: $26-$38/hour (based on experience)
Additional Compensation: Up to $8/hour Shift Differential!
- Team-Based Profit Sharing Bonus
- When your clinic exceeds its daily revenue goal, the extra earnings go into a shared bonus pool that is distributed among the team. Team members have earned up to an additional $250/month or more!
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $4,000 for licensed technicians

Responsibilities

→Patient handling and husbandry
→Client education and partnership
→Surgical and dental nursing, including anesthesia management
→Diagnostic management and medication administration
→Emergency triage and response
→Detailed medical record keeping
→Run appointments alongside assistants

You’ll collaborate with veterinarians and nurses across the region, participate in monthly educational events, and use innovative technology — including AI-assisted tools and the Apple Vision Pro — that reduce administrative burden and enhance patient care.

1+ year experience as a veterinary technician
Newly licensed technicians encouraged to apply
CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT preferred
