Compensation of $55,000-90,000 depending on experience

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a driven Commercial Roofing Service Manager to lead field operations, support commercial roofing teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery across all projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical roofing knowledge and a passion for developing people, improving processes, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Lead and supervise daily commercial roofing service operations across multiple job sites

Oversee scheduling, inspections, and completion of commercial roofing projects

Serve as the primary leader for field teams, providing direction, coaching, and support

Ensure all roofing work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

Maintain strong customer service communication with clients throughout each project lifecycle

Act as a leader in resolving field issues and ensuring timely service execution

Develop and mentor roofing technicians and field staff to strengthen team performance

Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth roofing service operations

Reinforce safety protocols and compliance on all commercial roofing job sites

2+ years of commercial roofing experience

1–2 years of leadership experience in a roofing or construction environment

Strong knowledge of low-slope roofing systems

Ability to climb ladders and work at heights regularly

Valid driver’s license required

Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen

Strong communication skills and proven ability to lead teams effectively

Demonstrated commitment to customer service in field operations

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced roofing environment

This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites

Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.

Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.

Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs

Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
