We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Project Manager to support a large-scale federal cloud modernization program focused on enterprise Salesforce and CRM platforms. This role operates in a high-visibility, mission-driven environment delivering secure, scalable applications across a complex enterprise ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned IT program leader with deep experience managing Salesforce or enterprise CRM programs, strong Agile delivery expertise, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams in regulated environments. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and hands-on experience supporting enterprise releases, governance, and production application delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce and enterprise application programs within a large-scale government environment
Manage cross-functional Agile teams across multiple technical workstreams
Oversee full program lifecycle including planning, execution, delivery, and production deployment
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
Drive release management, governance, and delivery coordination across environments
Develop and manage program plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to define requirements and delivery expectations
Track and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple teams
Support DevSecOps coordination and enterprise deployment activities
Ensure alignment between technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders throughout delivery
Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
Lead efforts supporting modernization and migration of legacy applications to cloud platforms
Ensure smooth operation of production application teams and enterprise release cycles

Required Qualifications

10+ years of IT program or project management experience
5+ years of experience managing Salesforce programs or enterprise CRM environments
Experience supporting a government client or working in a government or highly regulated environment
Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies and full lifecycle program management
Experience leading enterprise production application teams and deployments
Experience with release management, governance, and SDLC processes
Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior leadership
Experience coordinating DevSecOps or enterprise CI/CD delivery environments
Ability to manage complex, multi-stream programs in fast-paced environments
