Reconstruction Project Manager

• →Construction project management experience
• →Residential and/or commercial construction background
• →Strong scheduling and organizational skills
• →Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• →Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously
• →Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
• →Comfortable using computers, tablets, smartphones, and project management software
• →Valid driver's license
• →Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends as project demands require
• →An established network of trusted subcontractors that you can leverage immediately

• Experience in restoration or insurance reconstruction
• Experience with Xactimate, Symbility, DASH, Matterport, or similar industry software

• Take ownership and follow through on commitments
• Enjoy building relationships with customers and trade partners
• Stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
• Have high standards for quality and craftsmanship
• Communicate professionally with everyone you interact with
