Restoration Project Manager

A growing and highly respected restoration company is seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects following fire, water, storm, and other property damage events.

As a Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee projects from initial scope through final completion, ensuring quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, budget adherence, and timely execution.

• →Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish
• →Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and timelines
• →Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
• →Communicate regularly with homeowners, commercial property owners, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders
• →Monitor project progress to ensure quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• →Review estimates, change orders, and project documentation
• →Maintain job costing and financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle
• →Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• →Resolve issues and obstacles quickly while maintaining positive client relationships
• →Conduct site visits and inspections throughout project execution
• →Maintain accurate records within company project management systems

• Experience managing construction, restoration, reconstruction, or insurance-related projects
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Professional demeanor when interacting with customers, vendors, and insurance professionals

• Restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold, storm, or reconstruction)
• Construction project management experience
• Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters
• Knowledge of Xactimate or similar estimating software
• Understanding of residential and commercial construction practices
• IICRC certifications are a plus
