Responsibilities

→Review and approval of billing and revenue accuracy of sales orders being entered into financial systems.
→Maintaining quality reviews in a high volume transactional environment
→Perform month end reconciliations and reviews between all revenue cycle systems
→Assist with financial audits and SOX compliance
→Work with deal desk/sales/legal to ensure accuracy and rev rec compliance in various systems across the Business
→Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and adhere to tight deadlines
→Help lead the quarterly & year end audits and be a point of contact for our external auditors
→Ensure timely completion of monthly/quarterly close procedures
→Assist in maintaining SOX compliance in their respective processes

3-5 years of relevant work experience (mix of public accounting and/or SaaS industry experience)
Familiarity with ASC 606 and SOX compliance requirements
Experience with reading and interpreting contractual language
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet tight timelines; able to manage multiple priorities
Experience working in Salesforce (or any similar CRM), NetSuite and/or Zuora is preferred
Ability to undertake other ad hoc analyses and special projects as required
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
