Shift Supervisor - Vanderbilt Stabilization

Join BRC in a leadership role that helps ensure safety, stability, and support for individuals experiencing homelessness. As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll oversee frontline staff, maintain shelter operations, and ensure policies and safety procedures are followed.

• →Supervise Community Technicians and operations support staff
• →Oversee daily shelter operations, ensuring safety, security, and fire safety compliance
• →Ensure staff follow all agency policies, procedures, and documentation standards
• →Review and maintain accurate records, reports, and clinical notes
• →Respond to incidents and provide guidance to staff as needed
• →Participate in weekly program and leadership meetings
• →Provide emergency First Aid/CPR assistance when required
• →Perform related duties as assigned

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Programs operate 24/7; various morning, evening, and overnight schedules available

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience working in homeless shelters or similar settings preferred
• At least one year of supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Knowledge of addiction and recovery processes
• Strong computer literacy and documentation skills
• First Aid and Fire Safety certifications required (or willingness to obtain)
• CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain)
