  • Partner with Sales leadership to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team culture. 
  • Source and attract top college graduates and early career talent for SDR positions through campus events, career fairs, job postings, and networking. 
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations. 
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates for skills, cultural fit, and potential. 
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process. 
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics to ensure hiring goals are met. 
  • 1–2 years of experience in college recruiting, preferably for sales or high-volume entry-level roles. 
  • Strong understanding of sales roles and the qualities that make a candidate successful in a sales environment. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. 
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Passionate about creating a positive candidate experience and promoting BrightEdge’s brand on campus.
