We are looking for an experienced Provider Services Representative to help support daily operations for our provider and therapist network. This includes regularly communicating with providers and therapists, network onboarding, training success, ongoing education, and working cross-functionally with other departments within the organization.
What you’ll be doing as Provider Services Representative:
- Serve as a point person to address day-to-day provider and therapist operation issues.
- Assist with coordinating coverage, reassignments, and ongoing network communication.
- Conduct clinical onboarding success meetings and provide continuous educational support.
- Assist with the development and dissemination of materials for program trainings and portal feature launches.
- Work cross-functionally across Talent, Credentialing, HR, Clinical Leadership and Compliance to continuously drive improvement efforts.
- Identify technical problems and escalate relevant information to the engineering team.
- Support collaboration agreements by maintaining files and preparing state required chart reviews.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in healthcare operations in the payer or provider setting
- Monday through Friday (subject to change), 9:00 am to 5:30 pm PST
- A meticulously organized and detail-oriented executor
- A proactive problem solver
- Someone who takes initiative and thrives in a semi-structured and dynamic work environment
- An effective oral and written communicator
