Senior Lead Quality Engineer

Experience Range: 5 to 8 years of experience in quality engineering, including substantial hands-on expertise in microservices testing and automation Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust quality assurance strategies for microservices-based systems to ensure high reliability and scalability

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies, achieving targeted test coverage metrics

Manage test data creation, manipulation, and maintenance to support comprehensive test coverage across multiple environments

Configure and execute API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, and Rest-Assured to validate RESTful and SOAP services, ensuring adherence to performance and security standards

Utilize Zephyr for test management, tracking test execution, and reporting results to stakeholders with actionable insights

Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate quality processes into CI/CD pipelines, enhancing release efficiency and reducing defect rates

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality engineering best practices and mentor junior engineers in test automation and integration design

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing optimizations in test coverage, performance, and reliability
