Responsibilities

→Project Management
- →Lead for developing project execution plans for managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
- →Manage the project team and ensure compliance with client, project, and internal standards and goals
- →Manage and report on project resources assigned by the Discipline Department Managers
- →Manage and report on project budget and progress
- →Primary point of communication between BE and the Client and all contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers, etc.
→Business Development
- →Identify and act on opportunities to improve and expand business with existing clients
- →Develop proposals and estimates
- →Build client relationships between the Client Team and BE Team
- →Understand client trends and needs, coordinate with BE Management
- →Understand BE services and communicate with the client
- →Support business development activities
→Other
- →Report on project status, financial status, issues, opportunities, and risks
- →Internal coordination on project resources across departments and other projects.
- →Advance company goals and objectives
- →Mentor project and discipline engineers and other project team members

Requirements

Education:	Bachelor of Science in Engineering (preferred)
Experience:	Min Yr = 10 Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects preferred
Technical Skills:	Background in project development and execution for the oil & gas, chemical, renewable energy & power, and manufacturing industries
Management:	Experienced in leading the commercial interface with clients, and leading internal teams for project/program execution.
Other Skills:	Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple competing projects.
