* Monitor progress against inclusion and social value action plans and contribute to programme reporting.
* Promote equality, diversity, inclusion and anti-racism across programme delivery.
## About You
We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for inclusion and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
You'll bring:
* A good understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion, particularly within education, training, youth or sport.
* Experience supporting stakeholders or delivery partners to embed inclusive practice.

* Experience planning and delivering workshops, training or events.
* Good analytical skills with the ability to use data and evidence to inform decision-making.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* A collaborative approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and sharing good practice.
## Why join the British Council?
At the British Council, you'll help create opportunities that change lives through education and international collaboration.
You'll join a supportive and inclusive organisation committed to equality, innovation and partnership, helping to ensure Erasmus+ reaches and benefits the widest possible range of people and organisations across the UK.
A connected and trusted UK in a more connected and trusted world.
