Pay Band: 4 / Grade H Country/Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam Department: Teaching Centres Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract, 2 years Closing Date: Tuesday, 22 September 2026- 23:59 Malaysia Time (GMT +8) Role Purpose To provide effective coordination and logistical support to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of teaching operations. Role Accountabilities Responsible for supporting the smooth delivery of teaching operations through effective coordination of teacher schedules, classes, learning systems and teaching resources. The role also provides administrative and financial support, including processing teaching centre payments and supporting tuition fee refunds, deferrals and transfers, while assisting with onboarding, compliance activities and coordination with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure efficient service delivery. Role specific skills, knowledge and experience The candidate should have experience working in a customer-focused environment, with experience in teaching operations or a similar operational setting. Experience using digital tools and technology to streamline workflows and procedures and improve efficiency would be desirable. Further Information Language: Strong English proficiency is essential for this role, requiring fluency in both written and spoken communication to effectively navigate British Council systems and support international operations.
