• Prepare payroll file and process payroll weekly

• Prepare invoice for IP and B&R weekly

• Balance time daily and run absent reports daily

• Manage client relationships and provide clients with excellent service and support.

• Help A&F Manager with new hire packets/orientation

• Hire employees in Kronos time clock and make badges

Reports To: Brown & Root Sr Site Manager and Brown & Root Corporate Office

Indirectly Reports To: IP Maint. Manager
