Responsibilities

  • Drive Enrollment Success: Achieve individual and campus enrollment objectives by engaging with prospective students and guiding them through the admissions process. 
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain meaningful connections with prospective students, ensure ongoing communication and support.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate referrals through both internal and external networks.
  • Data Management: Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure accurate and timely input of admissions and marketing data.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all institutional policies and state/federal regulations, ensuring integrity in every interaction.
  • CRM Proficiency: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management system to manage admissions activities ensuring data accuracy.
  • Professional Development: Participate actively in training and development initiatives to enhance your skills and contribute to your career growth.
  • Service excellence: A commitment to providing outstanding service that prioritizes the needs of our students.
  • Goal Oriented: A results driven approach with efficient use of time and resources to achieve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Education: An associate degree is required; bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Experience: 1+ years of success in customer service, sales, admissions, or a similar goal-centric environment is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, time management, organization skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems.
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
  • Capacity to lift, carry, push, or move objects up to 10 pounds occasionally.
  • Proficiency with computer technology and equipment

$45,000-$47,000 ($21.63-$22.59 per hour)

This position is eligible for overtime.

The selected candidate’s actual base pay for this role will take into account a wide range of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Information about the total compensation package for this position will be provided during the interview process.
