IT Purchasing Assistant (Well-Connected Candidate Only)

We are looking for a high-impact IT Purchasing Assistant with strong experience in the local technology market and an established network of IT vendors and distributors. This is not a routine role — we’re looking for someone who can turn relationships into real business value. What You’ll Do Manage procurement of IT hardware, software, and solutions Work directly with authorized vendors & distributors Secure fast and competitive quotations through your network Evaluate offers based on technical compliance & commercial value Coordinate with internal technical teams Ensure delivery timelines and vendor accountability What We’re Looking For (Strict Criteria) - 3+ years of experience in IT / Technology Procurement - Strong network of IT vendors in Saudi Arabia - Solid knowledge of IT products (Servers, Networking, Cloud, Licensing) - Ability to deliver 3+ quotations within 24–48 hours - Proven negotiation skills with cost-saving results - Experience in ICT / System Integrator companies (Preferred) Performance Expectations Strong vendor network enabling speed & priority sourcing Ability to secure multiple quotations within tight timelines Achieve measurable cost savings Maintain high vendor reliability & on-time delivery Important Applicants must list IT vendors or distributors they’ve worked with.
