About The Role

This is a genuine hands-on recruitment role where you'll spend much of your day connecting with candidates, conducting phone interviews and partnering with operational leaders to fill critical field-based roles across Queensland.

The majority of your recruitment will focus on blue-collar positions including Labourers, Yard Hands and Scaffolders. 

You'll need to be comfortable managing multiple vacancies at once, making high volumes of outbound calls and building relationships with candidates from the construction and trades industry. Working alongside the National Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll also have the opportunity to support white-collar recruitment, employer branding initiatives, social media recruitment marketing and national talent attraction campaigns.

• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Experience that would be highly regarded

• Recruitment or talent acquisition
• Labour hire or workforce coordination
• Internal sales or customer service
• Operations coordination within construction, trades or blue-collar industries
• High-volume phone-based roles
