We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our professional team. You will help plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging educational programs aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and the Centre’s philosophy. This role involves fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive, while building strong relationships with families and colleagues.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist in planning, implementing, and reviewing high-quality, developmentally appropriate programs.
- →Support every child’s participation, agency, and learning experiences.
- →Ensure a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment, meeting all regulatory and policy requirements.
- →Foster positive relationships with children, families, staff, and the wider community.
- →Uphold the philosophy, policies, and procedures of Burgmann Anglican School Early Learning Centre.
- →Actively contribute to the Quality Improvement Plan and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent; or working towards).
- Sound knowledge of the NQF, NQS, and EYLF, and their practical application.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and maintain professional standards.
- Commitment to safe work practices, child wellbeing, and cultural inclusivity.
The successful applicant will be employed under the Burgmann Anglican School Early Learning Agreement 2023 . Salary will be determined according to qualifications and years of experience.
