The Parts Technician supports the daily operations of the parts department by assisting with pulling parts for jobs, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing shipments. This hands-on role plays a vital part in ensuring the production team has what they need when they need it. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

This position is paid at an hourly rate of $19.00 depending on experience. 

This role is based at our Cambridge, Ohio location and is a fully onsite position.

Responsibilities

  • Pull parts according to work orders to support daily production needs.
  • Assist in tracking and organizing the parts required for upcoming jobs.
  • Help receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and document items accurately.
  • Prepare outgoing orders for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
  • Ensure workstations and storage areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
  • Assist with weekly inventory cycle counts and stock verification.
  • Support the cylinder head and CNC departments by preparing and staging parts.
  • Communicate part shortages or discrepancies to the Parts Manager promptly.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, parts room, or manufacturing support role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
  • Familiarity with basic computer use and inventory systems is a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
