DevOps Engineer

Business Alliance HR is recruiting a DevOps Engineer for a leading software development company, located in Ramallah, Palestine. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure environments and/or AWS. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other automation tools. Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Manage endpoint configuration, policies, and device administration. Administer and secure systems and cloud environments. Monitor infrastructure, applications, and system performance using Grafana and related monitoring solutions. Ensure system reliability, security, backup strategies, and disaster recovery readiness. Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, deployment, and performance-related issues. Requirements Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar role. Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Strong systems administration experience in Windows environments and/or Linux. Experience with Microsoft Intune administration and device management. Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or other automation tools. Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, or others. Good understanding of networking, security best practices, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning. Experience with scripting and automation tools is an advantage. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. Years of experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Location: Ramallah, Palestine. Languages Required: Fluent in Arabic & English.
