Business Alliance is Hiring! We are looking for a Recruitment & Employment Specialist (Mid to Senior Level) to join our team in Ramallah & Al-Bireh, Palestine. The candidate will play a key role in attracting, identifying, evaluating, and placing talent locally and regionally, while also supporting broader employment projects across the region. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities. S/he should have strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, and be comfortable working in a people-focused environment. Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including admin and technical tasks. Conduct executive search and headhunting activities. Coordinate and liaise with local and international hiring managers/companies. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with active and passive candidates, as well as potential future talent. Career Coaching & Support Provide career coaching, mentorship, and job preparation/readiness to graduates and job seekers. Build and maintain relationships with potential employers. Project Coordination Prepare and maintain project-related documentation and related records. Support and coordinate multiple employment projects and initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and employers throughout the hiring journey. Support and participate in other projects such as professional profiling and CV writing services. Requirements Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and headhunting. Strong ability to source, assess, and match candidates with employment opportunities. Strong ability to provide career guidance and mentorship to job seekers is a MUST. Business acumen with the ability to understand several sectors, industries, and organizational needs is a MUST. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to engage with employers and stakeholders in a B2B environment, and previous experience in B2B is highly preferred. A consulting mindset with the ability to identify needs and recommend practical solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication and networking skills. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills without continuous direct supervision High level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage. Years of experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and/or employment project coordination. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Location: Ramallah, Palestine. Languages Required: English & Arabic.
