Sales Supervisor - Heavy Truck License Required

The Supervisor - sales is assigned to the Snack & Beverage team. The Sales Supervisor oversees trucks/staff and also proactively solicits orders.

• →Supervising the transfer of inventory from warehouse to trucks. Checking all product coming on/off all team trucks.
• →Ensuring that the daily scheduled routes of the teams drivers are completed in a timely/daily basis.
• →Supervising of team drivers, and substituting for sick and vacationing team staff, this includes covering on Saturday's.
• →Soliciting orders from the trade.
• →Ensuring that no product leaves the warehouse without proper documentation, ensuring all company policies are followed at all times.
• →Being polite, courteous and providing friendly service to our customers, acting as ambassadors for the company, and ensuring all company policies are followed.
• →Preparing/selecting of orders of assigned material, for delivery to our customers in a timely manner. Driver will visit the trade to solicit their own orders and merchandise orders within our customer accounts.
• →Delivering to only assigned routes, and ensuring all invoices and credits are signed and returned correctly at the end of each day with correct paperwork.

Requirements:

• →Self-starter with good work ethic.
• →Working on Saturdays when required to cover team drivers.
• →Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• →Computer skills required, (including handhelds).
• →Hold a clean and valid Bermuda heavy truck license.
• →Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• →Strong verbal communication skills.
