Responsibilities

→Design, engineer, and maintain enterprise routing and switching environments utilizing EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and multicast protocols.
→Implement and manage VPN and firewall solutions to ensure secure communications across the enterprise.
→Integrate and maintain VoIP and CENTRIX systems in compliance with mission requirements.
→Configure and support core network infrastructure components to ensure reliability and redundancy.
→Conduct network performance monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting for complex systems.
→Ensure all configurations meet DISA STIG and DoD cybersecurity compliance standards.
→Develop and maintain detailed network documentation, including topology diagrams and configuration baselines.
→Coordinate with government stakeholders and engineering teams to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and modernization initiatives.

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship.
An active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
Current DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, or equivalent).
An active Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
An active Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification.
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining core network infrastructure solutions.
Extensive working knowledge of:
- Routing protocols: EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, multicast
- VoIP solutions and cabling services
- VPN and firewall configuration and management
- Network performance monitoring and optimization
