As Junior Site Superintendent – Buildings, you will lead on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site teams, and support the implementation of work plans while gaining exposure to technically complex building projects. This role provides a direct pathway to senior site leadership positions.

Lead daily site operations in alignment with project plans

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site teams

Monitor project progress, schedule adherence, and budget compliance

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (VCA, ISO)

Assist with planning, logistics, and resource management

Report site progress and flag potential risks or delays

Support Lean planning sessions to improve workflow efficiency

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction or Industrial Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction or similar projects

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Hands-on mentality with the ability to motivate teams

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
