Electrical Site Superintendent

• →Lead all on-site electrical construction activities from early planning through final commissioning
• →Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall construction timelines
• →Coordinate closely with project leadership, engineers, subcontractors, and trade partners
• →Supervise and mentor field teams including foremen, electricians, and apprentices
• →Conduct regular site meetings to drive accountability, communication, and progress tracking
• →Ensure all installations meet applicable codes, safety standards, and project specifications
• →Perform inspections and enforce quality control processes across all phases of work
• →Champion a strong safety culture, including training, compliance, and hazard mitigation
• →Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• →Maintain accurate documentation including progress reports, drawings, and change orders
• →Collaborate with other trades to ensure seamless system integration across the jobsite
• →Troubleshoot and resolve field challenges quickly to keep projects on track

• Strong experience leading electrical scopes on large-scale construction projects
• Background with a general contractor or extensive field leadership experience in the trades
• Deep understanding of electrical systems, construction drawings, and technical schematics
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in dynamic environments
• Familiarity with project management tools and construction technology
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of a project team
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the United States
