Intake Officer

Join our team and work alongside the Service Manager and Case Managers to build and grow our service. In this role, you will:

• Help expand and strengthen our team.
• Meet with and secure new Support at Home clients.
• Contribute to growing our community client base.
• Be part of a supportive and purpose-driven organisation making a real difference every day.

• Meeting with potential new clients.
• Securing leads to support business growth.
• Meeting intake KPIs.
• Monitoring the My Aged Care portal.
• Managing referrals from the Commonwealth Support Program.
• Working closely with the Service Manager to achieve intake targets.

• Sales experience
• Support at home knowledge and experience 
• Driver licence required 
• Great communication skills
