We're looking for a technical, builder-minded Sales Operations Specialist/Manager to design and own the systems that power our B2B revenue engine.

Responsibilities

  • 6+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, ideally at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company

  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), and call recording/conversation intelligence tools

  • Practical, hands-on experience building with AI tools in a sales workflow

  • Track record of architecting systems or processes that didn't exist before, from a loose brief

  • Technical mindset: comfortable with data, integrations, automation logic, troubleshooting your own builds

  • Proactive, ownership-driven — defaults to action, iterates in the open

Nice to Have

  • Experience scaling a sales ops function at an early or growth-stage startup

  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make)

  • Experience supporting both SDR and AE motions

  • Prior experience in a remote & distributed team

  • Builder mentality — energized by ambiguity, not slowed by it

  • Strong organizational and project management skills across multiple systems/stakeholders

  • Clear communicator who can translate technical systems into simple guidance for reps and leadership

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote environment
