About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused Experiential Marketing Coordinator to scale Candid's event presence across conferences, community meetups, and flagship events. Reporting to the Experiential Marketing Lead, you will be the operational backbone of Candid's event program — ensuring every touchpoint, from a regional builders meetup to a national trade show, is executed flawlessly and drives measurable pipeline impact.
Events at Candid are a core channel for brand visibility, community building, and revenue generation. You will be responsible for turning our event calendar into a high-quality lead source and community engagement engine, coordinating logistics end-to-end, managing vendors and venues, and ensuring our teams show up prepared and on-brand every time.

Requirements
~1 min read2-4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination, ideally within B2B SaaS or Healthcare Tech
Proven track record of executing conferences and events end-to-end with minimal oversight — you are someone who owns the checklist and the outcome
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or a comparable marketing automation platform) and Salesforce, including lead import, campaign attribution, and post-event nurture workflows
Experience with lead retrieval tools (e.g., Cvent, Popl, Blinq, Bizzabo, Exhibitview, or badge scanners) is a plus, but not required
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously without dropping details
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
A collaborative, low-ego working style — you're as comfortable rolling up your sleeves on-site as you are building a post-event report
Ability to travel as needed to support on-site event execution
We are looking for employees to join our in-person culture in our New York City, San Francisco, or Denver Offices. Our weekly schedule is 4 days in-office and 1 day working remotely.
The estimated starting annual base salary range for this position is $94,000 - $115,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Candid Health’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
